Guild Wars 2

Hi guys!

I am looking for a decent mesmer build for my character and was wondering what build will work well. I am looking for a build that will provide support to the team and some good personal DPS for my mesmer for solo situations. So far, I found these 2 builds online and not sure which to pick.

I don’t know which build to use or if I should even use these. I would like some suggestions for the mesmer PVE build please.

Id suggest u to play the class and make your own decisions.

To comment the builds u posted:
Once you get the chrono specialization, stick to it. That being said, the second build u posted (mesmer) is obsolete.
Also the builds are ment for dungeons.

Atm Im using a bit different builds coz I changed runes to Chronomancer ones. But the idea stays the same. Open pve stays exactly the same, just using chronomancer runes instead leadership.

For the most part, you want to get as close as possible to the Utility DPS build that you linked. With the exception of Raids (if you’re bunkering) that build satisfies most content in PvE.

The diversity comes from our selection in traits, weapons, and skills. So you can focus your build on damage output, Boon/buff output, Reflects, etc. So, unlike other classes who use a more static build (E.G. Warrior) you’ll excel in the class the more you know what build to adapt to for what situation.
