I would like to ask,whats the armor for human/sylvari female mesmer from the Character Creation screen called?

Im planning to make one and im really interested in the aspect of those armors as they are very pretty!

It’s the “masquerade” armor, created by tailoring. You can start making them as early as cotton which is I think 150-200 range.

Looks like Twilight Arbor dungeon token armor to me. Except the shoulders, the legs/chest definitely look like TA armor though.
