Mesmer Reflect?
To hard to fix so they remove it, sounds about right.
I think feed-back should be rephrased (some nice tooltip work to do and we all know anet loves tooltip fixing:
“Reflect projectiles … sometimes…depends…just have look and check…come on guy i m not paid here to assist you !!!! I am just a tool tip.
At least must never been usable when it can be really usefull.”
