Mesmer Skill Bar

Hi !

This is just a proposal to change the lay-out of the Mesmer skill bar just a bit.
Right now the [F5] skill is located on top of the [F4], in my opinion this looks a bit sloppy.

My proposal is to put all the F-skills on one line and move the illusion bar up.

What do you think ?

I think they ought to keep F5 atop, but should display a bar to the left which times the duration of Time split.
