Which gearset, bufffood, Sigils, and Runes / Orbs do you use?

Very impressive, very quick skills. But the twitching while doing Blurred Frenzy annoyed me.

Knights armor with centaur runes, -40% condition duration food with master oil, sigil of air on sword, sigil of accruacy on pistol/torch

Nice playing. The twitching is abysmal though. As a general rule of thumb, if you put in effects, make sure they are there for a reason, to bring attention to something or enhance the video, not just for the hell of it.

When using staff, make sure you don’t have any of your autoattacks bouncing around when you use a stealth skill. If you do, the next time they hit something, you’ll immediately get unstealthed. I saw that happen a couple times to you.

Signet of inspiration does nothing for you. Take something useful instead.

Signet of inspiration has a random chance to give 1 of 8 boons every 10 seconds. The vast majority of the time it will be completely useless. You don’t take that signet for the random boons, you take it for the team utility that the boon share provides. 1 random boon every 10 seconds is incredibly weak.

Great video. IMO I like the twitch it makes me laugh XD. Looking forward to more vids.

I actually didn’t know that that twitching was an effect and I thought you always did it yourself during blurred frenzy haha.

And Pyro is right about the signet. Imagine how useful mirror images or portal can be for a shatter build.

The video is pretty good!

Despite many users loving the staff in WvW/sPvP I still can’t understand why not to use GS or sword/x instead ^.^
I think the damage is just really bad (iWarlock has a long cd on its skill :/) and the conditions do bad damage.
Also the thing that Pyro pointed out (bounce unstealths you)

The staff is used as both a defense and offense tool, just something the GS doesn’t offer, sure it has a push-back but that’s it, to me when i’m not running the staff i don’t feel as strong / fearless, you can effectively double blink to gain a fantastic distance too (phase retreat > blink etc).

that being said i love the GS and am trying to find a play style that suits me with it, tough to find though it seems.

p.s. i didn’t mention that staff hits pretty respectable and with a bit of power the image hits pretty darn hard, not to mention bouncing of course gives you might as well more often than not.

I was thinking about making a video showcasing me roaming with my new build, but after watching this i’m not so sure. I pretty much 1v1, or go 1v2, never even came close to winning a 1vx like you do in your videos.
