Guild Wars 2

Dear Community!

I’m just trying to gear up my mesmer to exotic, but i’m a bit lost. I found this builds what looks great for me:

I’m having trouble to get the recommend gear to this: precision, condition damage, thougness. Atm i have exotic weapons with power/prec/condition damage, want to get 4/6 Exotic Karma armor with prec/thoughness/condition.

The problem with the jewelery: i didn’t found any with this 3 stat, so i’m looking for prec/power/condition set.

My question in nutshell: this armor/jewels with this stat is usefull? Is it worth? I mean i know Mesmer isn’t a necro with so much conditions, but Mesmer with +conditions is still a playable? I mean +condition stat based armors are worth it? Or just simply find a glasscannon (power, prec, critdmg) armor set with DD build?
