Hi,

I’m new to the game. I own a level 25 mesmer and i’m wondering is there a skill which enables me to run faster? I’ve noticed some players can run quicker than me…

Focus #4 skill: Temporal Curtain which grants swiftness
Staff #5 Chaos Storm if you’re lucky will grant switfness (unreliable)
Chronomancer trait line passive: Times March On > 25% movement speed increase
Traveler sixth rune: 25% movement speed increase
You can also use Blink which is a teleport
and staff #2 Phase retreat which is also a smaller version of Blink on a shorter distance.

Signet of inspiration utility skill gives a 50% swiftness upkeep. Together with focus #4, this should almost give perma swiftness.

Add mimic and blink as other utility skills, and you can double blink from time to time.

It is a 10s of swiftness per kill (assuming you can only run minor version at lvl 25), just run around, kill stuff – get nice swiftness uptime. And combine these with a Signet of Inspiration.

This. Buy it on the TP and apply it to any new weapon you get till you’re older.
