Hi people,

Im very new to guild wars and MMO’s, I have a level 8 Mesmer and ive been using my skill points randomly, should I be selecting certains points? ive been hearing about different builds, to skill points determine this?

If you go to the mists (hit H and click on the bottom crossed swords on the panel on the left in the new window then click go to the mists in the new window that pops up) you have access to all skill traits and skills. It will help you plan out your build with leveling. Be warned that this does not cross over to the PVE side only in sPVP.

You have more than enough skill points to buy every single healing/utility/elite skill, so I wouldn’t worry about it.
