That would be Phantasmal Regeneration, is it not?
Most Phantasms when you have that trait put out Regeneration for 5 seconds every 10 seconds (Starting 10 seconds after they are first summoned). Only I.Duelist has it different with 3 seconds of Regeneration every 3 seconds.
Regeneration at 80 is 130 + (Healing Power * 0.1258) per second, roughly. To double the Regeneration amount, you’ll need about 1033 Healing Power (If thats possible).
The hard part is trying to catch the Regeneration from the Phantasms that aren’t I.Duelist. Once every 10 seconds, while being near the Phantasm, and hoping the Phantasm is still alive 10 seconds after summoned can be a challenge at times. I.Duelist though is much easier to take advantage of, as its ranged and every 3 seconds.
Combine 3x I.Duelists with Signet of Inspirations and you can pass the stack of Regeneration you’ll gather up to allies nearby. Grab Chaos’ 15 trait for 2 sec of Protection when you get Regeneration, and you may also be able to pass a bit of Protection out too.

If you want a healing build, go with the mantras, you’ll have a much better healing output in mantra builds.
