Coming back to th game after a long hiatus, and wondering how viable Mesmer is for both PVE (Fractals, Raids, etc) and PVP.

PvP: there’s roughly zero build diversity, but we do have a viable build.

Fractals/Raids: a good chrono is a best in slot addition to any raid group or any fractal party.
