Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone I have been playing around with mesmer weapons and I want to know if gs and staff are good together. My mesmer is not my main and I am yet to know how to play it effectively but it is level 80. I have looked online and most people don’t seem to like gs and staff together but I like it as I can equip both my legendaries in both slots. Is there a good build for gs and staff for wvw and pvp. Any armor suggedtions would be good I have full berserkers and carrion+ valkyrie mix exotic.

It’s flavour of the season at the moment – gs+staff that is.

(Unless you want to run condi PU with scepter/torch + staff)

zerk + staff/gs shatter is pretty much standard atm… it’s the only combination that isn’t afflicted by huge game breaking bugs, general weakness or the results of months and months of nerfing and “fixing”…

Staff+Greatsword is an effective and easy combo to play. There’s decent damage and good survivability without too much of a learning curve.
