Can someone tell me why ANET made a legendary weapon that we can only fire once every 25 seconds? the phantasmal duelist should wield dual quips or at least one and fire it with the effects. Kinda sucks that I can only hear that awesome sound once every 25s

In genereal phants should use the sound and animation of legendaries, yet not whield them, since they aren’t purple and transparent.

The quip was the first legendary I got and I got it purely so that I could see my phantasms dual wielding them. It was such a let down when I found out that they didn’t actually change to the quip. Oh well, still got that legendary and for a while I even traited my pistol as someone suggested earlier.
