Would this build be plausible for PvE?

This build’s main focus to to share might/quickness. The Sigil of Draining is suppose to be concentration. Should i switch to inspiration instead of domination for another boon share? Should i switch out zerks for commanders and get nourishment and utility on full dps?

If your plan is to use Continuum Shift to share your Might Stacks with Inspiration Signet, then reuse Inspiration Signet to boon share again after the Shift wears off, I would suggest you take Mimic with you so you can do that more often.

I’m curious if you can boon share Alarcity that way. It might be interesting, but I don’t know if I would make a build based around it.

I would say this looks like a pretty solid open world event build, but for going solo, I’d keep hold of your zerker gear if it were me.
