All offensive elite skills are extremely obvious. Take for example, the Herald elite, a giant dragon double the character size. Moa is also obvious with the one full second cast and the purple circle above the mesmer’s head, usually accompanied with the noise and visuals of continuum split. However since there are way too many complainers moa should get a graphical update to be more obvious so that people can learn better dodge it. A nerf is not what should happen.

If we take continuum shift out of the equation, I can argue that moa is a much much more expensive skill compared to revenant dragon or shiro elite. If moa is as easy to avoid as dragon or shiro elite, then it is pretty much a trash skill.
That being said, I am fine with moa as a little bit better visual tell. e.g. the signet icon appear right after the skill gets casted rather than finished casting.
Moa doesn’t need a nerf, CS does.

That actually might quell the crying, lol. Revenant with that huge kitten dragon that the spawn over themselves is a overkill of a visual queue but at least people would complain less about not seeing SoH.
