Most Mesmery / Mist Weapon Color
Probably something like the Wine- or Purple Ice dyes. You’re not transparent though, so you’re not really going to look very illusionary to most people. Just very pinkish-purple, hehe.
Seafarer’s Rest
I’ve never used it myself, but this may help.
Or this.
I have a friend who uses some sort of transformation bug involving one of these foods(not sure which) to get a permanant transparent effect. I don’t know the specifics, but it should be what you need. It may just be client-side, though.
Any “Ghost” Halloween food. However, using any Blink, Teleport, Swap, or even Waypoint (if you load the screen) will remove the effect. I believe stealth also removes the effect.
Get some Strawberry Ghosts or something cheap for the visual. You can replace the food and maintain the effect.
ley line staff handsdown
Actually Modniir Staff is a much cheaper variant of the Ley Line Staff.
Modniir staff dosnt evebn look like ley line staff not even close to be look like ley line staff lol
And Ley Line Weapons looks like a light rock from Southsun infused with Asuran Technology.
Heck, Ley Line’s having rocks floating around them doesn’t really make much sense. They’re lines of pure energy, shouldn’t they be zapping the rocks? If the rocks are capable of surviving through that much energy, then I’d think they are of as much importance as the Ley Lines themselves.
Annnnnd how are you able to hold and move a Ley Line. That just doesn’t make sense.

This is getting way off topic, but I think you should expand your potential interpretation.
Perhaps the ley lines aren’t just magical energy running through Tyria.
They may be the source of gravity itself.
Before you consider why our characters and NPCs don’t get sucked up into the rock orbits, remember: Magic. Logic and magic don’t really go together beyond establishing a baseline for rules – rules we aren’t yet entirely privvy to.
Also, while you might have a point with said rules, about picking up the leylines and moving them for these skins… I’d also point out that Evon Gnashblade is the one selling these. He’s a skilled merchant and businessman; I would consider anything he sells personally to generally be replicas based on existing gear and phenomena, and he surely has the means to hire an unknown Asuran krewe to do exactly that. (Actually, I’d be curious to hear if that’s exactly how Tixx’s krewe operates off-season, to get the materials and money he needs to give everyone gifts and fun for Wintersday.)
I’m usually really good with dyes and character customizing. Do you mind posting a picture of the desired armor set to go with the dyes? Each piece of armor dyes differently from others.
Also, it’s 2 am ish here so I can’t do it until tomorrow sorry.
If you’re looking for a Mesmer-ic staff, use Kasmeer’ if you have. Other than that, I used to use the Caudecus Manor staff or the Ebon Hawke staff before I got the Bifrost.
It’s a shame really, I love my Bifrost but the Tormented staff also looks very Mesmer-y if you have some money to spend

really, all the tormented weapons are MADE FOR MESMERS.
Sounds like you need to talk to this person: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/mesmer/Show-us-your-Mesmer/page/18#post2468418
best statistical loot in the game. We want everyone on an equal power base.”
Pre-launch, Colin listed things that make MMOs bad. They are all now in GW2.
I use kasmeer’s staff skin for the staff. The Lovestruck/tormented weapon skins are both amazing for mesmer, at least if you like purple. Tormented torch has a purple flame <3
I use the plum dye mixed with abyss for one set, and evening wine/plum for another. I was curious about those metallic dyes in the purple spectrum but they weren’t working that well with my choice outfits.
