Guild Wars 2

I’m not new to WvW but I am really new to Mesmer. That being said I have no idea how I go about traiting for it. I want a build that has some good survivability and good DPS. I like staff and sword torch, actually like all of the mesmers skills. So can anyone help me? I don’t mind switching utilities for Zerg and solo swapping yet I don’t like going through my traits to change them. The hell is very much appreciated. I always like conditions

Its a full dire condition build that focusses on tagging as much as possible.

I personally havent tried it, but the concept seems sound and cappable of tagging.
