was wondering if it is decent, i do fine for the most part how ever i just don’t feel that it is very strong.

Ne suggestions would be nice.

AFAIK, Scepter and Pistol traits are bugged right now.
Otherwise I am assuming this is supposed to be PvE condi build.
I would pick up Mimic instead of Decoy.

I will let somebody who actually does PvE comment on the damage issues, but I suspect that Confusion and Bleeds are not stacked enough for Mesmers so your kills are slow.
