Hi. So I’ve finally acquired all the ingredients for my ascended armour and I can’t figure out how to gear my mesmer.

First of all, I’m pretty new to my mesmer so look at it from my lens.

Since I’m only going to have one ascended set, I wanted it to cater to both power and condi. I understand that this is not optimizing either one but I figured this way, I could find a medium at least.

The main reason for this is I plan on running a glamour bomb build for WvWvW and a standard PvE build for fractal.

Since the glamour bomb build requires condi and the PvE build is precision/power, I’m at a loss. I don’t know how to make the best out of my armour and I’d really really really like for my Ascended armour to be able to carry on over to both WvWvW and PvE.

If I have to make an extra armour or 2 (preferably not the chest piece haha) that’s fine, too. NOT THE SET.

With a PU build (along with the 40% condi duration food) it’s totally possible to mix Power and Condi in the same spec.
Stack Rabid gear until you have between 400-600 Condition Damage, then start getting Zerker/Valkyrie/Soldier pieces.
GS+Sw/P. GS clones will stack a lot of bleeds, and the iDuelist pressure is insane on enemies.
