Why? Because it dealt nearly half as much damage as I or III now? So it has to be nerfed before people start using more than 1-2 traits per slot?

Not a bad idea, especially since we seem to be getting Torment as a sort-of Mesmer condition now. I’d like both, damage on instant casts, increased cast time on casted spells.

Looking forward to this trait and many more! Good way to come back from a break from the game, and hear that we are getting new traits Excited!
