Having the ICD already screws with this skill and then they had to go whack it some more…

When blind only allows the avoidance of a single skill vs weakness that can effect the target over multiple hits for its duration?

The Chaos Armor last for 5 secs. At best this weakness will last 2-3 seconds.
Even then, I’d prefer a whiff and save a dodge/blur/etc. than eat a high damage attack (glance), another condi stack or a CC.
