Guild Wars 2

So i recently made a mesmer, she’s lvl 66 now, hoping to get to 80 tomorrow.
When i reach lvl 80 i’d like to buy a full set of exotic armor for WvW purposes but still maintaining PvE functionality.
So what are some good mesmer builds? I really dont know what all the traits do yet and honestly i still just press buttons alot when attacking something so im pretty much a complete noob, but i dont want a noob build. I wanna save money so i’d rather start with the most efficent build as possible… Help appreciated!!
