Guild Wars 2

I have just hit L80 with my first character, a rather undergeared mesmer. I’m now looking to build up my armour and weaponry as I am getting flattened in the high level maps due to not upgrading since L55, and I also want to get into PvP side of things.

So my questions are as follows:

1) What is this ibeserker armour I read so much about? Is it craftable?
2) I was lucky enough to have the exotic pistol weapon Brandt (http://bit.ly/TdkiQN) drop last night and I am not sure whether to equip it.
3) Are exotic armour stats better than non-exotic armour stats, or is it just the better sigils/runes that improve their stats?
4) I have 38k karma and lots of those karma jugs to drink, but where do I find decent L80 armour and weaponry to buy with Karma?

So lots of basic questions in there, and apologies if they have all been asked before,. but hopefully someone can help.

1. Berserker is a prefix for stats, Power/Precision/CritDmg. Just look it up in the AH.
2. Depends on your playstyle.
3. Exotic armour has better stats.
4. Your karma won’t be enough to buy exotic equipment yet.

Your gear will be need to be tailored around your build. If you give us more information on the weapons you use and the style of gameplay you are with your mesmer we can help with advice on gear.

Each piece of exotic karma armor is around 42k karma. I can only say for my starting exotic armor I went with 4 pieces of karma but bought 2 pieces of gear off the AH to build my suit so that I could get the stats where I wanted.
