Guild Wars 2

It was supposed to get a 17% dmg increase, however, the base dmg wasn’t increased. Still at like 820 in pvp with berserk amulet.

Is it the actual damage that didn’t get increased or just a tooltip oversight?

Prob both? Maybe someone else can confirm this or compare it to pre-patch numbers
