Guild Wars 2

I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me out in finding a good node harass and/or holder build. Something that could potentially last 30 seconds+ against 1v2s and maybe even 1v3s, all while constantly either blocking a capture of the node or preventing the decap. Does anyone know good builds like this for the mesmer that are just a pain in the kitten for the enemy team? I started playing the mesmer specifically to kitten people off, and I feel this is a good way to do it while still applying good support for the overall win.
