Ok. I realize that no one probably uses this skill ever, but with the recent patch, Portal now has the same cd as it.

Would it be the end of the world to simply reduce the cooldown on veil? From 90 to maybe 60, heck I’d take 75.

I know, i’m the only one who asks for this, but with my cloak build, having it have the same cd as mass invisibility(an elite skill, mind you) is just depressing.

veil can turn an infinite amount of allies invisible
mass invisibility can only do up to 6 including yourself
