I’ve been thinking of getting in WvW for some time now. I finally managed to scrape up enough to afford a pair of Perplexity Runes, when I saw their price had skyrocket tremendously. They’re now 13 gold a pop!

I can’t think of what would cause a price spike that steep. Is it anyway related to the change with Black Lion Keys? Was there a patch update or PvP announcement made? Or is this merely the way the market fluctuates?

Look up demon stance and at how many of the weapons can interrupt.

They are popular with condi thief . Mesmer . Engi .warrior .necro .also have seen few condi else use them after patch guardian with auto attack knock back and rev ofc so it’s cind a popular with every class on condi build….

you can craft perplex runes. Buying the watchwork stuff and going that way might be less expensive.

All expensive runes are up 10-40% in the last month.

The free to play players and the new revenants that people are going to make (along with last week’s even that generated zero gold or run supply for players) are driving the price up.

Eventually thing will go back to normal.
