I am sure this has been asked but did not see it… Is phantasm damage effected by gear?

Yes. Phantasms get your power, your precision, your crit-dmg and your toughness. Oh, and also your condition-dmg.

Does anyone know if Phantasms are also affected by the Compounding Power trait in Illusions? (3% more damage per illusion)
