Afternoon,

Returning to the game – Couldn’t help but notice phantasms now have a sound effect akin to a low humming/static sound whenever you stand near them.

I couldn’t find any patch notes that detail this change. Is there a way to toggle this off?

By the way – Has anyone else noticed the tweaked greatsword animation?

Did you have Chronophantasma traited?

That is a source of horrible buzzing until you shatter them once and they only have one life left.

Ah sorry, I play a human mesmer. The greatsword now twirls during the animation – I had assumed it had been changed for all races

Yes I do have Chronophantasma traited – It’s a shame it can’t be toggled

It may be the case for the non charr/asuras then. They both actually hold the GS.

I play a Norn Mesmer, and I assume Norns have the same animations as humans. My Greatsword has always twirled when auto attacking! Also if you zoom in to your character’s face, he/she looks like he/she is taking a massive dump.

Much like the Greatsword auto attack damage.
