Phantasmal Disenchanter
It removes, I believe, 1 condition and boon at a time. Like all phantasms, no interaction with illusionary elasticity. Its reliability greatly depends on the situation. If it will die from aoe before it attacks twice, you may want to consider arcane thievery.
It is also a bit more reliable as a boon remover, as condition removal is dependent on the bounce.
Disenchanter removes two boons and two conditions, and bounces to three foes/allies (and the projectile is rapid fast, too). Is it a little less reliable because it doesn’t prioritize the player (but it does prioritize allies as a whole) and the spawning position is bugged, but it is a low cooldown to pop up another and really handy to have up for fights against enemies who boon themselves frequently or who will continually stick the same conditions on you over the course of the fight, plus it can remove conditions from your teammates as well. It does well enough and gives me an extra illusion that I carry it as a default, but if I absolutely need reliable condition removal I usually switch it out.

I mainly agree with athuria. And it removes two boons/ conditions.
- It’s not really a reliable condition remover due to bouncing. Here I recommend Inspiration IV.
- But it’s probably the most reliable boon remover. The Phantasms spawn in long range (and walkable path for platforms; unlike iDefender) and continuously removes boons from the target with only 16s CD (instead of 45s from AThievery).
- The long range often let’s it life for a quite long time, providing Phantasmal Healing for your party.

It usually tends to spawn very close to the target. If you’re planning on getting regen from this phantasm, you’re gonna have a bad time.

I usually play in party in fractals or several dungeons. The boss fights in tight areas are bad for iDisenchanter since it needs LoS. But in open areas with five ppl, it stands there long enough. It’s still a situational phantasms, but under those conditions, it’s one of the best skills.

- FotM dredge preboss (the one from the cart)
