Phantasmal Fury trait in the Dueling Trait Line grants Fury to all phantasms.

I have 88% critical chance with all profession boons and fury.

If my phantasms have fury, shouldn’t that make their crit chance a 108%?
My phantasms aren’t critting less than 100% of the time.

So maybe I don’t understand how this works.
Can someone explain or is this a bug?

TLDR:
My character: 68% crit chance + Fury = 88%
My phantasms: My crit chance (88%) + Fury = 108%
but I’m my phantasms are critting less than 100% of the time.

Fury on yourself does not apply to phantasms. Any non-stat bonuses only apply if they are granted to the phantasm itself (e.g. GotL, spirits, alacrity)
