Phantasmal Rogue - iWarden bug?

Anyone had iRogue, down state 3, do the same spawn and not attack as the iWarden? Just saw it happen and thought it could easily be missed considering it rarely comes out.

yeah irouge is very buggy. it does take time till he attacks….used to be spawn and boom….oh well another ai bug i think….
