Phantasms/Alacrity
I believe they do, I might be wrong, but you only have Shatters and Wells that gives alacrity.
Most of time, the alacrity will come from Shatter. It’s quite difficult in the long run to use Wells to give your Phantasms alacrity.
Not only they die fast, you’ll need to cast it on them. I guess it could work on Duelist or Warlock.
I,m specifically thinking of iSwordsman and iWarden, the 2 damage phantasms that work within the Avenger/Wells 240 radius. I’m assuming that an iSwordsman with PH and alacrity would have a 2.1 second attack rate which would not only result in more damage in a given amount of time (ie 1 minute) but more survivability due to him evading more often in that time.

No.
Dead phantasms can’t have alacrity. Random cleave and AoE takes care of that
@Ross
Drats ! ……….but dead phantasms can’t be shattered or have fury either so into the bin with Chronophantasma and Phantasmal Fury as well.
Have i got that part right Ross ?

Don’t be silly. They get that first attack off. THEN they die before any alacrity can reduce those attack CD’s.
