Phantasms and Critical Chance

Do my phantasms have their own critical chance (and critical %) or do they use my character’s stats?

I’ve tried looking it up, but hadn’t found an answer. Maybe I just wasn’t looking in the correct spot, but I figured I may as well ask.

The illusions copy your stats, including the stats boosted through food and perception stacks.

Active: Mesmer, Warrior
Inactive: Guardian, Elementalist, Ranger, Thief (ex-main)
Leveling: Engineer, Necromancer

They take your precision, so a sigil of accuracy won’t increase their crit chance, but if you buffed your precision by 105 points they would get the same extra 5%+ crit chance that you would.
