Guild Wars 2

Well the Guardian forum as one, so I guess I’ll make a Mesmer one. I just hit 80 the other day, and I’m really curious to see what everyone looks like. I went a condition set and ended up with this, but my condition dmg is only 1378, I heard you want at least 1500. Anyways post yours, love to see what you guys have.

this is me, full exotic Knight gear, except for the trinkets/rings/earrings

I use a wierd combination of power and a bit of cond dmg, so i have about 580 cond damage.

1378 cond dmg is plenty. For 1500, you will need to have 30 in illusion trait and chaotic transference. This means you have to give up many nice traits which isn’t really worth it imo.

I might post my stats later if im not lazy.

Well I was able to get to 1473 by going 0/25/25/0/20. Think I’ll be good there.

Come on guys post! I know there are more then three Mesmers out there.

How important is 1500 condition damage really? I only have 1086 and it does me just great. Although my build is a bit more of a hybrid power/condition, bleeding build.

I am still debating whether to go Sigil of Corruption/Perception, or maybe even just Bloodlust with the satisfaction that my condition damage is high enough given all the testing out in the field it has been through. Because really, do I need more than 2500 damage from confusion per attack/skill with my confusion stacks, as well as over 100 damage from each bleeding tick?
