Well I am testing stuff what do you recommend?
I would only consider Runes of the Mesmer for lockdown builds. For a shatter build there is a wide variety of better runes, for example the mentioned strength (or rage) or traveler or basically anything giving power/precision/ferocity with a useful #6 bonus.
