I think about making a Mesmer for PvE & WvWvW.
Does someone have experience with a condition (confusion) build with staff/sceptre & focus?
Focus is a must for me, because of the speed buff.
Can a Mesmer build based on condition damage work at all?
Yes they can, personally i dont like the Confusion. I have a Condition (big on Bleeding) build going, though not sure how well it would sync with a Focus weapon as i currently use Scepter/Pistol and Greatsword
