Is this about sPvP? Let it sink, end the unnecessary nerfs making abilities like Portal or Veil non-fun because of sPvP “balance issues”.
Focus on mass PvP and PvE, where the majority of the art/dev time needs to be spent anyhow!
(Sorry, gumpy about Portal’s 90s CD, should be 20-30s, I don’t care how unbalanced it is in sPvP, that’s just 10-16 players, ofc anything even remotely useful is going to be overpowered in that tiny context.)
