Idea is that with these weapon sets you have 2 blocks, Illusionary Riposte and
Illusionary Counter.
Trait distribution would be 4-4-0-0-6 with celestial stats.

From your traits this is a shatter build. So basically a standard shatter with a slightly non-traditional weaponset. You call it a hybrid though…so are you intending for it to be using Maim? Lastly, celestial gear is a bad choice regardless of what weapons, traits, or build you are using on mesmer. It’s never a good choice.

would rather s/p and sc/t for the interrupt and go into a sinister type build, use Maim, and DE then 4 for anywhere else. You’d also need get crit for bleed+vigor and if you go 4 into chaos DD + BI is always nice, 4 into dom would get you CD+boon strip and 4 into inspiration cleanse+warden reflect/scepter condi dmg.

P.S if you go into Menders Purity, you can use centaur runes instead of traveler for swiftness and still get +175 pwr plus cleanse

Mental Torment, Cleansing Conflagration
Far-Reaching Manipulations, Deceptive Evasion
Precise Wrack, Master of Misdirection, Illusionary Persona

But stun is useless against warriors and guardians with stability.
