Before spending for the respeccing, I thought it would be a good idea to ask here first.

If I have both Illusions line’s Illusionists Celerity to make all summoning spells recharge 20% faster, and a weapon specific cooldown buff like Dueling line’s Blade Training, do the two cooldown reducers stack? And going one step further, would Phantasmal Haste give an additional reduction as well to phantasms?

phantasmal haste reduces the delay between phantasm attacks.

They stack. Though Phantasmal Haste reducing cd for PHantasm skills, not cd of their summoning. It means, in example, duelist will shoot more often.

Oh now that is interesting to hear. Is Phantasmal Haste something that would be worth it to consider then? Or is the buff not really noticeable

Well..it is noticable. Though….I just can’t find a place in my build for it. Other trait lines is just SOOooo much better ^^

Just note that Duelist’s Discipline is bugged and reduces the iDuelist’s damage for some puppied reason.
