Guild Wars 2

I was looking over all the legendary videos tonight and never could find an answer.
Does the legendary pistol ‘quip’ use its animations/sounds on phantoms/clones?

Since we’d only use Quip in the offhand, and Clones (still …) don’t show the offhand, I’d say “No”.
