Hey, on my new pc I’ve got Raptr installed which automatically records my gameplay footage, so I thought I might start uploading them to a plays.tv page. There are 4 videos currently, and since it’s all automatic I’ll be keeping it regularly updated. Take a look! I’ve been really trying to work on my skills recently and feel like I’ve been making strides; hopefully some of this stuff might be quite interesting/informative for others.

Try it out and you’ll find some relative gameplay.

I opt for chaos over inspiration as chaos has good support skills to help raise survivability- such as Illusionary Defense and Mirror of Anguish. To that end, I also go for Desperate Decoy. Lastly, it’s super effective to really pump that control if you’re gonna use MoD – so Harmonious Mantras and Chaotic Interruption. It’s a solid way to handle dueling and taking out other mesmers or thiefs with invisi. Lock ’em down and blow up.

Lyssa runes seem cheesy at first glance, but when you consider the convert 5 conditions into boons with mass invisi – mmmm, so good.

Ive messed around with all the trait lines and settled on inspiration because the heal and condi remove on shatter is way more useful than I thought. No judgement for using Lyssa runes, I can see their merit, but I would suggest you take cd reduction on manipulation skills if you are going to use the chaos line, as mass invis will benefit from this as well as blink and it means you can proc Lyssa more often. I dont really like harmonious mantras personally, and tbh disagree that its necessary when running MoD. I use distraction because it works well with mental anguish, and instant cast stuns are just too good to pass up.
