Guild Wars 2

Is there anything that gives permaspeed nowadays? Any kind of signet? When I left, my gear was set up so that every time i used a heal i got a speed buff…. it was tedious to keep up. Is there anything i can do to passively keep my speed up nowadays?

Superior Runes of the Traveller. Superior Runes of Speed are supposed to, as well … but they’re broken.

Edit: We all hope upcoming patch with promised matra buff will give us perma speed as well… But we have that feeling for every patch.
