Quick question does the torment on heal work with Power Return (the charge skill of the mantra heal) and if so is there any internal cooldown on the rune?

I believe that it does work with Power Return. However, it has a 20s internal cooldown, so there’s not much reason to choose Mantra of Recovery solely because of this rune.

Bleh that ruins a little idea i had with it owell :P

It was obvious it was going to get a cool down – Engis could get 25stacks in AoE with the healing kit. I do wonder just how much time Anet spend testing new updates…
