Rune of Perplexity or Tormenting?

staff+scepter/pistol or torch
Blink decoy and the other is situational, can change decoy too
Perplexity are probably the best runes for a condi build on any profession, you can’t go wrong with them.
perplexity for sure if you take pistol another 8 confusion stacking
torment basically longer your torment duration thats all (unless you take mantra heal and use it on the enemy location which adds up 2 stack every 10 sec)
Perplexity for both, really. Torment is strong on its own.
