So I’ve been test running the Rune of Vampirism runes (4 of them specifically) since they don’t list a cooldown for it’s lifesteal ability and I run mantras
Unfortunately the leech seems unpredictable as all hell….is there an unlisted 10s cooldown to the rune or is the leech just as buggy as the mist is?
..I was hoping to gun for the same build. Now this makes me feel pretty crappy.
I’m already running Water/Blood thing (the lifesteal chance on crits), and was hoping to go for Vampire on my armor. But frankly, those two are NOT proccing either. I have seen them heal me once since I put them on half a week ago.
