How do I craft these runes? I have the specialization fully unlocked but I am lost on how to obtain the ability to craft them. Do you have to buy a recipe for it from a vendor in the HoT areas?

AFAIK, the recipe comes from filling out the full Elite Spec trait line.

I think OP means he’s filled out the trait line, but wasn’t able to craft them. My Mesmer is in a similar state – got the shoulders and all, but didn’t receive a recipe or anything like that. Perhaps it’s just an automatic unlock for the character, and I didn’t get it because I’m a weaponsmith/chef, and not a tailor/leatherworker/armorsmith. If that’s the case, I would be really sad :/

So It just automatically gets added to your crafting profession? That won’t be so bad on my Mesmer since I have tailor on there but there are some other runes I would like to unlock on classes with no crafting.

Hey guys, you have to buy the recipe from the laurel merchant. There’s bag tab that specifically houses unlocked recipes.

Do you unlock the recipe for any character or just the your Mesmer? Bc my crafter is my necro and i rather not have to lvl my tailoring again just for this rune.

Or just buy them from TP :P

I must say I LOVE those runes! Finally true good Mesmer runes! Best stats you can wish for and that quickness on well cast is just fantastic. <3
