Runes of the Dolyak and Illusionary membrane
I would assume no, because 1, it would be OP and 2, Dolyak doesn’t give you regeneration. It gives you a passive effect that gives you 30 HP per second.

I agree, would be WAYY to overpowered…. so i doubt it aswell…
but while we’re on the subject, does the Dolyak set get increased by extra +Healing?? or does it function like the engineer’s healing turrent, a set amount no matter your stats??

The protection is applied whenever you receive the boon “Regeneration”, so it would depend on how those runes work.

It doesn’t give you regeneration. Rune of Dwayna does.

im starting to like the idea of dwayna on mesmer, but idk if i can give up divinity. too much dps!
ok so yeah changed my build to dwaynas and improve boon duration signet and its much better survival. im booned like crazy!
