A Mesmer that relies solely on hiding out in stealth for long periods is a trash Mesmer anyway. I’m actually looking forward to all this stealth detection, maybe all the PU FOTM Mesmers will move on.

I’m not saying PU is inherently bad or OP, but no one can deny that people have been jumping on the PU Mesmer bandwagon because of a perceived advantage.

Doesn’t bother me… they only times i use PU are when I play pacman in the silverwastes or the occasional dungeon skip.
Not worried in the slightest. If anything, it may serve to better balance our extremely strong PU trait and somewhat quell the enormous qq.

I’m getting passive 25% movement speed from chrono, definitely not worried at all. I can finally roam without stealth to get away from Rangers and everything but thieves.
Use the gyro against them you can use gs 2 too hit the gyro and it will bounce and hit the engi and anyone inside then simply gs 3 into the group and destroy the gyro and doing some burst making the engi and others have too blow some cds its pretty much a here I am hit me drone also gs5 too push them out of stealth making the gyro have to catch up and mabye miss a stealth tick.

Yup just thought I could throw that out there I main engineer I like too think outside the box, adding too this if the engineer has his wits he can counter your mirror blade by using electrowhirl in front of the drone too reflect the mirror blade if it can be reflected I think it can thus creating counterplay for both classes.
They’re going to make keep stealing a lot harder with their sweeping ability, and make engineer a priority target in gank squads. Apart from that I don’t find much trouble. If anything it might encourage precognition over decoy as stun breaker? You lose a bit of repositioning ability for a much safer stomp/res.
Thieves got hit harder than mesmer tbh.
If anything, I’m happy about it. More stealth counterplay might mean fewer people all-capsing about "PU Mesmer Cheese Builds) whenever they die to a Mesmer.

Mirror blade is unblockable, so can’t reflect or block. You can however blind and dodge (obviously) and it does have a 0.75s cast time which should be easily seen.
Sadly not seen the size of the stealth bubble but it could be that you can knock people out of it similar to SR. Will have to watch the POI video to really see instead of Dulfy.
