Guild Wars 2

My once beautiful Mesmer has been shelved for a good amount of time. I’m digging her corpse from the ground as Im expecting our group Mesmer to be Arah-ing less and less. Obviously, this role needs filling.

This is the build.

For Lupi, Phantasmal Fury will be swapped out for Deceptive Evasion, and Duellists Discipline for Empowering Mantras.

Few questions regarding Runes/Sigils.

1) Would Scholar Runes or Ruby Orbs be better, as Phantasms do not benefit from the 10% Scholar bonus, and I would be losing out on crit chance.

2) Sigil of Force & Undead. Do they stack?

Hmm, I would at least safe the 10 points in Domination, as you get about the same result with just 5 more in inspiration (besides the power).
You can always go with a standard 0/20/0/25/25 build though.
If it is for dungeons, take orbs.

I guess Arah will be perfectly masteder by the common 10/30/0/30/0 or 20/20/0/30/0 build for phantasms and reflection.

Runes? Nope – Ruby, full.

Sigil don’t stack afaik. Pick Battle for max DpS with swapping

10/30/0/20/10 is a pretty popular Arah build, Brazil has a video of it on youtube. 30/30/0/0/10 is the “this build sucks everywhere besides Lupi speedkills build”.

I’d go ruby orbs like you said because of the lack of scholar bonus on phantasms, and yes those two sigils stack. It might be worth using sigil of perception while killing trash mobs (like at the start with all those risen that just melt) to get your precision up, reflects are very important on Lupi.
