I’m looking for a really good Shatter / Condition Build specifically for Spvp.

which doesn’t isn’t doing what I want so I"m looking for a new build.

The link is broken so i cant see what you have in mind but i dont think you can really rely on just condition. Mostly because the only real condition you can stack massively is confusion (sharper image, as in bleeds, imo doesnt count in your iteration) and doesnt last long enough to score a kill; takes too much time to build up stacks, and once it’s gone you find yourself with your pants down for too long.
I’d like to be proven wrong thou but that’s just my opinion.

Oh yeah i thought about that same build. Too long cd and not enough dmg during your opening window. Saddening i know coz on the paper looks amazing, blinds as defense and confusion in the process, although as i said, confusion is good in conjuction with other things but focusing only on that hardly works.

Anyway if i can offer some suggestion (afterall sPvP is about fun so i understand now why you specified that): Illsuionary persona is prolly the best GrandMaster talent and in your build works well both offensive and defensive. The ability to distortion and daze without wasting illusion is invaluable. Also considering using Portal Entre since you’ll create 2 zone where they rack up confusion stacks. Instead of Decoy consider Veil over it: Same effect but more chance to increase confusion stacks on enemy.

I think people have been greatly underestimated Diversion (F3) and the Imbued Diversion grandmaster trait. Paired with Confounding Suggestions (Domination Grandmaster) you can shut down groups of mobs (or players, in WvW this is insanely fun). And with fully traited Domination and Illusions trees your regular damage is pretty consistent (and high).

Master Trait in domination gets rotated a lot for me depending on how things are going. This build is also more focused on Shatter and clone death to apply it’s conditions.

I dont really like, and understand, the point of confounding suggestion. You’r basically investing 10 trait pts to a 50% chance to add an immobilize. Anyway i thought the topic was about confusion.
